Spray Valley Provincial Park

spray

Welcome to a wild landscape. During the summer months you can explore the park by hiking and mountain biking the park’s formal hiking trails, as well as numerous routes that are not signed or maintained. The Smith-Dorrien / Spray Lakes Road transverses the park providing some of the Rockies most spectacular vistas.

Fishing, boating, and camping are all available. The Goat Creek and Watridge Lake Trails provide winter and summer access to Banff National Park. Watridge Lake Trail also connects with trails that lead to Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park in British Columbia. If you are hiking into Banff National Park or B.C. Provincial Parks, be aware of their regulations.

Mount Shark cross-country ski area offers excellent skiing on maintained ski trails. You can also enjoy mountain biking on the same trails in summer. Spray Valley Provincial Park will provide you with challenge and excitement throughout the year.
